As a certified KonMari Consultant, I follow Marie Kondo’s KonMari Method, decluttering and organising category by category, instead of room by room. For more details on how this category approach works, click here.
According to the method, there are 5 categories that are typically addressed in an order. This progression is intentional: moving from easiest to hardest, from items most frequently used to least used, and from personal to shared items. I have a flexible approach and choose the order of the categories that best suits each client. Typically the order is: clothing - books - papers - miscellaneous items - sentimental. Miscellaneous items are sub divided and addressed per sub category e.g. personal care items, kitchen items, electronics, hobby items, linen, hardware, decor, etc.
How long it will take to complete your project depends on the size of your home, the volume of items you have and your decision making pace. Find a package below that suits you best or contact me to discuss your unique needs.
Starting at R3,000
Ideal for the person confident in their ability to DIY most home related projects, has the capacity to start and complete this project on their own, and appreciates once-off guidance and advice to help them reach their goals.
What to expect:
I come to you, we walk through your home together and discuss where and what your goals are, what you’re struggling with, and what you want to change;
While we’re together, I’ll give you verbal advice, ideas & recommendations for best practices when decluttering & organising, which organising products I recommend and where to find them, plus different storage options to consider;
We’ll discuss how you can identify and move through stumbling blocks you may encounter along the way;
After our meeting I’ll leave you with a printed copy of my DIY Home Organising Playbook containing advice, tips, tricks, hacks, checklists and lots more to help keep you motivated, informed and on track towards your home organising goal.
Option to add on any live virtual sessions for further support and accountability.
Starting at R15,300
Ideal for those who
are overwhelmed when trying to declutter and organise by themselves;
have tried doing it by themselves but without making enough progress;
have multiple rooms or areas in the home that needs help;
would rather be doing something else than tidy up but acknowledge that now is the right time to take action;
want this project completed in as short a time as possible.
What to expect:
An initial home visit to assess the scope of the project;
Visualising your end goal - your ideal lifestyle and living environment;
Systematically following a plan that’s been personalised to suit your needs and lifestyle;
Dedicated one-on-one hands-on help in thoroughly sorting, decluttering & organising the entire home;
Guidance on local facilities for donation options;
Recommendations & visual inspiration to beautify and simplify all areas of your home;
Facilitating the ordering, purchasing and placement of organising products with any applicable trade discounts passed on to you;
Identifying your organising style;
In-between visit support via your preferred communication method with actionable homework/follow up steps where applicable;
Training of your domestic staff on new folding/storing techniques & maintaining new organising systems;
Support with how and when to inspire, influence and involve kids (even teens) in the project;
Support with managing household members or a partner’s expectations and involvement (or non-involvement) in the project;
Each visit is a minimum 3 hours, your physical presence isn’t required for every visit, nor for the whole duration of each visit;
Follow up support for 2 months once the entire home project has been completed.
Starting at R5,100
Ideal for the seasoned home maker or DIYer who finds themselves in a life transition or circumstance that has affected one or a few spaces at home, and has left them without the time or capacity to solve this on their own.
This is also a personalised hands-on, in-home KonMari service, where I declutter and organise only one or a selection of categories of your choice, e.g. your clothes and paper documents.
What to expect:
Submitting photos to me of the challenge you’re facing. If I need a better understanding of your situation I may request an initial home visit to assess the scope of the project;
Visualising your end goal - your ideal lifestyle and living environment;

Virtual Support
Online Service for the DIYer (via live Zoom calls)
Pay As You Go | R1,400 per 90 minute session
For the self-paced DIYer who needs real time support and accountability during their decluttering and organising efforts.
Ideal for the person who:
wants to combine the in-person Assessment Package with a few virtual sessions;
wants to work with a certified KonMari Home Organiser and there isn’t one in their area;
is confident to implement any hands-on decluttering and tidying up by themselves, and would like virtual, real time guidance, support and accountability from an experienced home organiser during their active decluttering and organising efforts so that they can start, continue or complete their project successfully;
generally enjoys and benefits from talking through their thoughts and decisions with someone who is unbiased and experienced in this type of home project.
What to expect:
Sessions are minimum 90 minutes each;
You’ll need to send me images of any areas you’ll be tackling with me virtually;
You’ll need a stable internet connection and an iPad or tablet with video capability, or a laptop that you’ll use for the Zoom call;
Dedicated live video call help;
You’ll receive a printed copy of my DIY Home Organising Playbook containing advice, tips, tricks, hacks, checklists and lots more to help keep you motivated, informed and on track towards your home organising goal;
You can pay as you go - there’s no minimum pre-purchase session requirements.
